A combination of two broad-spectrum antibiotics (neomycin and polymyxin B) with a steroid (dexamethasone) in a methylcellulose base. For treatment of inflammatory conditions of palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva, cornea, and anterior segment of the globe; chronic anterior uveitis and corneal injury from chemical radiation.
